Nativity Scene – Foldable Christmas Nativity “Zigzag”

The ancient tradition of the Nativity scene dates back to a time when many parishioners were unable to read and biblical stories were brought to life through sculptural compositions displayed in churches. These scenes illustrated the story of the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem.

As cities grew and communities expanded, Nativity scenes began to appear in front of cathedrals and churches. Over time, the tradition evolved into theatrical performances featuring colourful costumes, symbolic attributes, puppets, and songs and stories about the birth of Jesus.

We strive to keep this beautiful tradition alive and reinterpret it in our souvenirs.
