Understanding artisanal sizing
Many Blouse Roumaine Shop pieces are handmade, created in small series or finished by hand. Because of this, slight variations in measurements may occur. These variations are not imperfections, but part of the authenticity of artisanal production.

Payment
We accept secure online payments through trusted payment providers, including Stripe, where available.
Your payment information is processed securely and confidentially. Blouse Roumaine Shop does not store your full card details.
Our climate contribution
As part of our commitment to a more conscious way of doing business, Blouse Roumaine Shop donates 0.5% of the value of each order through Stripe-supported climate initiatives.
This contribution is made by us, at no extra cost to you.

Shipping
Each order is prepared with care from our studio or directly in collaboration with our artisan network.
Because many of our pieces are handmade, limited edition or made-to-order, delivery times may vary depending on availability and production stage.
Ready-to-ship pieces
Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared and dispatched within the timeframe shown at checkout or communicated by our Customer Care team.
Made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces
Made-to-order garments, sumane and special pieces created with artisans require additional time. This allows the artisan to cut, sew, finish and prepare your garment properly.
The estimated production and delivery time will be confirmed before or after your order, depending on the piece.
International shipping
We offer international shipping where available. Delivery times and costs depend on destination, courier service and customs procedures.
Please note that for international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love the piece you receive.
For eligible ready-to-wear products purchased online, you may request a return or exchange within the legal return period applicable to your order.

How long does a made-to-measure piece take?

Can I return a made-to-measure item?
Made-to-measure and personalised items are generally not eligible for standard return, unless there is a confirmed defect or non-conformity.
